I’m a poet, fishmonger, yoga-lover, adjunct English instructor, brunch-eater, mitten-wearer, and clumsy person. I live in Minneapolis.

I’ve been writing since I was small (my first poem was called “Fat Turky”) but became active in the Twin Cities literary community after I graduated from the Bennington College Writing Seminars in 2010.

I occasionally teach English courses for the University of St. Thomas and Concordia University. Sometimes I teach classes at the Loft Literary center. Usually, though, I just watch Netflix and think about Pop Tarts.

I don’t know what else there is I want you to know right now. Come hang out with me. Read my posts. Visit the Whole Foods in Uptown and buy fish from me.
